Behavior: My horse frequently
spooks for no apparent reason
is "consistently" inconsistent (different from day to day)
acts aggressive, tries to bite or kick when handled
shows repetitive motion behaviors such as stall walking, head bobbing, lips smacking, weaving
seems hyper alert to everything, is rarely still (busy minded, busy body)
spooks and takes a long time to settle back down
cannot settle back down at all after spooking
behaves worse, not better in spite of more exposure and training
has been discribed as ADD (lacks focus)
is reluctant to go forward
seems grumpy or anti-social much of the time
paws or frets constantly when tied
becomes overly defensive while tied (kick, pull back, panic)

Undersaddle: My horse frequently

was competed extensivley on from ages 3-6 (futurities/derbies)
has had surgery withing the last 18 months
is frequently out on spring or lush pasture
has a history of colic
sweats heavily
is an over-acheiver and worries about being in trouble
works 4 days a week or more
extremely smart
is busy minded
has been treated for ulcers in the past
got better after ulcer treatment
is currently being treated for ulcers
did not change at all after ulcer treatment
currently gets a daily joint supplement
is currently on a daily vitamin mineral supplement
has had a saddle fitter check for proper fit
has frequent chiropractor or body work sessions (more than once a month)
has a history of founder/ laminitis
has been diagnosed with Insulin Resistance
has been diagnosed with Cushings
gets grain, sweet feed, more than one pound a day
is well trained and suited for the work he's in
could be a top competitor if we could figure out the mental issues
currently being shown or competed
